Being self-employed since the age of 19, I understand the challenges facing SMEs in today’s world.
From working as a sole trader to running multiple multi-million-dollar franchise operations in the Sydney market for nearly 30 years, life can get hectic without the right approach.
I found that working with a business coach gave me the ability to view my business from a higher level. It bought me clarity, focus and provided me with the leadership and team building skills that have enabled myself to grow and to live “the life I choose”.
While running 3 Franchises simultaneously, I have learnt the importance of good systems, marketing, advertising and more importantly, trusting and coaching the team. By employing people with the right attitude along with developing fool proof systems, I could duplicate the process in all 3 businesses which ensured minimal interruption and improved positive client feedback all of which allowed me to concentrate on growing the business through local area marketing, achieving double digit growth.
I now assist other businesses by providing coaching and mentoring to enable them to not only grow their market share and bottom line but to also live their “best life”.
